2010 Booking Terms and Conditions
Prices

£ 195 per week Low Season 1.12 - 15.2

£ 270per week Mid Season 16.2 - 31.5 and 16.9 - 30.11

£ 325 per week High Season 1.6 - 15.9

Short breaks are available all year!

1. A deposit of one third of the total charge is payable upon booking, the balance being due 42 days before arrival. If booking is made less than 42 days before arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

2. Lettings are from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. This is essential to allow us adequate time for cleaning. Due to limited time between lets, we ask you to help us and the next visitors by leaving the cottage and its contents clean and tidy.
   
   
3. Cancellations must be received in writing. We reserve the right to decide what refund, if any shall be made. Deposits are not refundable. Should the balance be outstanding and the cottage not re-let, the balance will be payable in full. Should we be able to re-let, the balance will normally be refunded less a small charge for expenses. Clients are strongly advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
   
   
4. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage to guests, their belongings or any third parties, or for or damage to any motor vehicles and its contents, or damage by or to third parties howsoever caused.Accidental minor damage or breakage should be reported at once and will not be charged but damage or breakages exceeding £ 10 in value shall be refundable by guests on demand.
   
   
5. Except by prior permission, in writing no more than the maximum number of persons (2 only) may occupy the property.
   
   
6. No servant or agent has the right to modify the above conditions or make any representation or undertake any liability.
   
   
7. The booking is for the purpose of a holiday only and no security or tenure will be created.
